Zoning Fees, Forms & Permits
Zoning Fee Schedule has been updated and is effective January 5, 2023.
Permits are required for all new structures, including residential, business, industrial buildings, decks, fences, porches, accessory use buildings (to include sheds), pools, ponds and lakes.
Permits are also necessary whenever an existing building is altered by increasing the bulk of that structure.
Permits are also available in the Zoning Office. It is recommended to call the Zoning Inspector prior to completing the Zoning Permit Application. [330.662.9223]

- Decks, Porches, Pavilions and Gazebos
- Fences

- Ponds and Lakes
