Fiscal Officer

Rich is a graduate of Kent State University, with an honors degree in Accounting.  Over his 46 year career in the Internal Audit profession, Rich has worked for a number of domestic and international companies including Babcock & Wilcox, McDermott International, LTV Steel and Travel Centers of America.  Most recently, Rich retired after an 11 year career at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company where he was Sr. Manager of Investigations and Compliance. Rich received his Certified Internal Auditor designation in 1979 and his Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation in 2016.

Rich and his wife, Suzanne, have lived in Hinckley since 2016.
