Hinckley Township currently has three trustees. Regular Trustee meetings are held every other Monday at 6:30 p.m. The second Regular Trustee Meeting of the month is at 4:00 p.m. Trustee worksessions are held the alternating Mondays at 9:00 a.m. All meetings are held at the Hinckley Administration Building located at 1410 Ridge Road. Residents are welcome to join for coffee and conversation. Please call to be added to the agenda, to allow ample time for discussion. Other special meetings will be set up and advertised in the Medina County Gazette as needed.

Dave and his wife Leslee moved to Hinckley in 1997 where they now reside with their 3 children. They are all active members of the community with involvement in local scouting and sports programs. Dave has served as a Hinckley Township Trustee since January 2010 and is currently the liason for the Hinckley Township Police Department and the Hinckley Parks.
Ray was elected to Hinckley Board of Trustees beginning in 2006. His commitment to the community started in 2002 when he was appointed to Board of Zoning Board of Appeals. He is a member of the Hinckley Historical Society, chairman of the Hinckley Citizen of the Year committee and co-chair of the Hinckley the Memorial day parade. Ray currently serves as the liaison to the service department, cemeteries and administrative office.
Melissa and her family have lived in Hinckley since 2003. She had been active at Hinckley School since that time, working diligently on behalf of Hinckley families. She was named Volunteer of the Year at Hinckley Elementary School in 2016. Her twenty years of not for profit business experience will be vital in managing township needs. Melissa was appointed Trustee in February 2017.
